Parker’s Bistro welcomes Elk Cove Vineyards for a four-course Oregon wine dinner on Wednesday, October 21. Founded in 1974 in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Elk Cove Vineyards is a family-owned winery known for its estate-grown, cool-climate wines. The evening will feature four Elk Cove wines paired with four courses from the Parker’s kitchen, beginning with Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris and moving into two distinct expressions of Oregon Pinot Noir.
