These terms govern your use of siouxscoop.com and The Sioux Scoop newsletter (together, the "Service"), operated by Nash-Keller Media. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service is

The Sioux Scoop is a free, informational guide to deals, specials, events, and venues in and around Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Much of the information is gathered from businesses' own websites, public calendars, public posts, and newsletters, some of it with the help of automated tools.

Accuracy of listings

We work to keep listings accurate and current, but businesses change prices, hours, and offers without notice, and automated extraction can make mistakes. Listings are provided "as is" for general information. Always confirm details with the business or event organizer before you go. Offers are made by the businesses, not by us, and are subject to their terms, availability, and applicable law, including any age requirements for alcohol.

A listing is not an endorsement, and we are not affiliated with the businesses listed unless we say so.

The newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any issue. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Submissions

If you send us a deal, event, or other information, you confirm that you are allowed to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You give us permission to review, edit, publish, and remove it at our discretion. We may decline any submission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. That includes interfering with its operation, attempting to access non-public areas, scraping it at a volume that burdens our systems, or using it for anything unlawful.

Content and trademarks

The site's design, text, and compilation are owned by us. Business names, logos, and photos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and informational purposes. If you own content on the site and want it corrected or removed, email us and we will respond promptly.

The Service links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, offers, or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
